Kay died Aug. 27, 2017.She was born Nov. 19, 1941, in St. Louis, daughter of Frederick George Welschan and Ann Theresa Daniel Welschan. She married Frank Dwyer, May 18, 1956, in East St. Louis, Ill. She had worked at Bank of America and Wal-Mart. She moved to Kirbyville, coming from Lake Isabella, Calif.She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandson Timothy Dwyer.Survivors include her husband Frank Dwyer, of Kirbyville; sons Mike Dwyer and wife Joanie, and Mark Dwyer and wife Celeste, all of Foristell, Mo.; daughters Mickey Talbert and husband Bub, of Piedmont, Okla., Maureen Chamberlin and husband Jim, of Ponca City, Okla., Melissa Douglas, of Reeds Spring; sister Connie Marshall, of Show Low, Ariz.; 15 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.Memorials may be sent in memory of Kay Dwyer to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
